Dominique Crenn is the co-owner and chef of the 3-Michelin star restaurant, Atelier Crenn, in San Francisco. In 2018, she was awarded three Michelin stars, becoming the first woman in the United States to be given this honor.

While battling an aggressive form of breast cancer, Dominique came to the realization that what we are is indeed what we eat.

Using her own learnings after recovering from cancer, Dominique partnered with VitaBowl to create and share accessible, yet delicious, plant based products that are scientifically designed to benefit your body.

Sarah Brandow is Vitabowl's Co-Founder and Chief Nutritionist. She specializes in plant-based recipe creation and nutrition for the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases.

Sarah has consulted for companies, restaurants, and hotels in 10 different countries, helping them optimize menus and provide meals that are balanced, delicious, and truly nutritious.
